What this pilot measures
The service keeps aggregate counts of page responses, requested contact-card files, and service buttons pressed. Counts are stored in one-minute and daily groups with the page release and technical result. A support amount press records the selected option, not a payment.
The analytics store does not keep IP addresses, cookies, browser or device identifiers, user-agent strings, referrers, full URLs, names, email addresses, location, scroll activity, time on page, or an individual click history. It cannot recognize a returning visitor.
Purpose and legal basis
The measurements help operate the page and understand which services visitors request during this limited pilot. Where connection data is processed transiently to answer a request, the basis is the controller's legitimate interest in securely operating and evaluating the pilot under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The page does not store or read information on your device for analytics.
Retention and recipients
One-minute aggregate counts are retained for up to 30 days. Daily aggregate counts are retained for up to 13 months. The owner-operated service does not send analytics to an external analytics provider. Hosting and network systems necessarily process connection data long enough to deliver and protect the service; analytics and security records remain separate.
External destinations
When you choose SumUp, BuskerTunes, Instagram, or YouTube, the selected destination processes your visit under its own privacy terms. This pilot records only that its service button was requested and does not receive confirmation of a payment, follow, subscription, or playback.
Your rights
Aggregate counts cannot be linked back to a visitor. For questions or requests concerning any transient personal-data processing, contact the controller using the address above. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority.
